Rose is the public voice and face of Compass Clinical Consulting, assuring that it runs smoothly. Since 2001, she has managed the Compass office, handling HR and financial issues, organizing payroll, and coordinating the movements of the consulting staff. Her exceptional communication skills and warm personality make her an invaluable asset to Compass clients and the organization. Years of prior work in the communication industry prepared her well for her current role.

Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree from Thomas More College, in Crestview Hills, KY.
