About Compass Clinical Consulting

Compass Clinical Consulting has helped hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations improve performance and overcome obstacles to providing safe, quality patient care since 1979.

Compass is clinically focused, driving change toward a goal of creating better American health systems through three services lines: clinical and operations performance improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and interim healthcare leadership.

We bring about change by…

  • Assuring compliance with patient safety-focused regulations and accreditation standards
  • Implementing systemic operational improvement solutions to ensure safe patient care
  • Providing interim leadership that focuses on creating change leading to better care

In an increasingly regulated environment, hospitals are driven to provide safe, high quality care more consistently. But results don’t happen because a policy is signed. Results require leadership and change management. Our consultants and interims have been senior hospital leaders. We bring decades of experience to every engagement with an understanding that change must fit your organization, or it’s the wrong approach.

Working in close collaboration with us, our clients have achieved remarkable results.
